Mark, co-founder, has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and asset management, with projects totaling more than $400 million. He currently oversees company strategy and operations. Mark's extensive experience as a builder and developer has led to successful business and community partnerships across the Bay Area, Central California, Sacramento, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas, and Portland, Oregon. He is passionate about creating projects with distinct character and attention to detail, ensuring they provide lasting value for tenants, homeowners, and communities. Mark holds an MBA in Real Estate Venture and Acquisition Management from the University of North Alabama, a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from UC Santa Cruz, and is a Licensed Construction Contractor with a Certificate in Project Management from Portland State University
Rafael Gonzalez, co-founder, is a residential and commercial general contractor with over 20 years of experience in construction, responsible for overseeing projects, managing teams, and supervising dedicated professionals. He is committed to delivering 100% client satisfaction, ensuring quality outcomes that clients can enjoy for years. On-site, Rafael maintains a positive "can-do" attitude, leading by example and inspiring his crew. His expertise ranges from minor remodels to large-scale projects. In 2019, Rafael became co-owner of New Alliance, honing his skills through large construction projects. Over the past two decades, he has built a reputation for well-managed projects that exceed client expectations, earning their trust and loyalty. On his days off, Rafael enjoys spending time with his family, which he considers the most important part of his life.
