K Street Commons (Concordia University)

Description

The project was delivered in August 2016 for Concordia University's fall term. This was made possible through a partnership with Hugh Development, which entered into a 10-year master lease agreement with Concordia University to build 34 units of student housing. Because of the master lease, this project carries virtually no lease-up or stabilization risk. Located across from popular neighborhood eateries like Podnah’s Pit and La Taq, K Street Commons' housing and ground-floor retail contribute to the vibrancy of the historic commercial corridor along Killingsworth Avenue in Northeast Portland.
