Kaya Camilla is a four-story, 36-unit mixed-use project located on a 10,000-square-foot site at the intersection of North Killingsworth and North Denver Avenue in the Overlook neighborhood of North Portland. Overlook has recently become a popular neighborhood in North Portland, with housing prices rising quickly while remaining relatively reasonable. The neighborhood is home to Overlook Park, a peaceful area overlooking Downtown Portland, the Willamette River, and the West Hills. The park features running trails, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Other parks in the neighborhood include Madrona City Park and Mocks Crest, both of which offer stunning views of the city. Overlook is also home to several large employers, including Kaiser Permanente, Daimler Trucks North America, and Adidas’ North American Headquarters, which is located just 0.6 miles away. Adidas is currently expanding its campus with a 460,000-square-foot construction project, expected to be completed in 2020, adding 2,500 new employees.
