Reliable is our LEED Gold-certified redevelopment of the former “Reliable Parts” building. Once an underutilized property, Reliable has revitalized this desirable urban neighborhood with thoughtfully designed retail and residential spaces. Construction began in Q3 2009 and was completed on schedule in August 2010.
